An Art Piece

My good friend Sophie is an AMAZING artist. She even designed my wedding invitations! I'm kind of obsessed with her work and hope to someday hang a painting of hers in my home, I just can't quite afford it at the moment. I couldn't pick just one, so I chose a few of my favorites.*

Photo That Makes Me Happy (one of many)

This is from my bachelorette party (which you can read all about here, here, here, and here.) and depicts two of my favorite people, my mother-in-law, Nancy and my gay bff, Tyrone, gettin' funky. These two got along so well, something that makes my heart swell with joy. As she was getting ready to leave, Nancy said to Tyrone, "You're family now. Anything you need, you let me know. Now take care of these girls tonight."
